Help me plz , my item 5 socket option got Losted

My account is : millanno
Account that I used to order : millanno1

I oder 2 ring of ice FO + 5 have 5 socket and 1 pendant of lighting FO + 5 have 5 socket.
I just received it in my account " millanno1 " in this afternoon ,I moved it into my main account " millanno " . but when i have something to do in my life , i logout of game .
And about 3 hours later , i login game and i see my ring and pendant got lost , instead I get 1 pendant of lighting FO + 15 have 3 socket ( but dont have seed in socket ) and 2 rings of ice FO + 15 have 3 socket ( dont have seed in socket )

Plz check my account !

-Socket i choose in my oder is :

Socket 1 : Lighting - increase critical damage
Socket 2 : Lighting - increase critical damage success rate
Socket 3 : Lighting - increase excellent damage
Socket 4 : Lighting - increase excellent damage success rate
Socket 5 : Ice - increases skill attack power
