help lost item

gm i lost my exc darkness skull boot + 15 fo full sockets... i was adding harmony on it and warp to LaCeon and changed sever and when i look at my inventory it was gone.. can u help?

the seed on there was dmg reduce 4% - dmg ref 5% and def accuracy inc 10%
