Lost F.O Item

I bought an F.O item for 1500 credits , when i see at my Vault on webshop , item was here , but when i enter game , item dissapear Sad

, can you give me back my 1500 credits ?

If you can , back my credits back , not item Very Happy

There is list of item succes rate when make more than +9

+1 = 100%
+2 = 100%
+3 = 100%
+4 = 100%
+5 = 100%
+6 = 100%
+7 = 100%
+8 = 100%
+9 = 100%
+10 = 99%
+11 = 98%
+12 = 97%
+13 = 96%
+14 = 95%
+15 = 90%

So if you lost item when make item more than +10 its your responsibility not us !

I think Drop rates is for Item drops from monsters Suspect
