Lost armor UltraMu

Ok so i bought a UltraMu Armor and wanted to +15 it.
All was fine till +13 - +14 combination.
Combination succeded but i couldnt take my armor from chaos machine.
Nothing left but alt+f4. Ofc when i relog item was gone.

4Socket(cant see all cuz its 2 long) If Gm's cant add 4soc a 3soc one will be also ok (still id preffer 4soc like it was)
