web shop didnt work!!

i bought gokussj4 armor then i went in the game and it wasnt in the vault,then i went to webshop again and it was in webshop vault..
i need help,i dont know what happened ,and my items disapeared (sasuke helm) and(ring of earth).
please admin i need my items back......i hope you can helm me..
