lost all items all maybe stolen or disappeared

hi...i have 1 problem,monday when i logged in my account , which is KaniMafia, i saw that i don`t have any of my items on my BM,and really don`t know what happened..but all disappeared.. FO wings + 15,Ichigo set + 15 - armour had 3 sockets 4% ,7% 10% ,helm had 1 socket, 4%, 1 sword - dragon katana FO , critical+ 30 socket, 1 FO Dragon Shield, 1 Pendant FO +15, of ice,, 2 Magic rings + 15 FO

if you can check logs to see what happend... i can`t post any ScreenShot,because i couldn`t anticipate that they would disappeared so i don`t have ss,but i have many witnesses which may aprove that i had thouse items


problem number 2.. which is less important.. sunday i lost 1 dragon katana in the seed process,but i don`t reclaim her... i just want my items back i worked for them... many hours online.. and votes just help me

cobrassy is the one who gave me the ichigo set ,so it`s not stolen..and i dunno why it diseppeared
