[Lost Item] Seed

So i was making seeds. Made one then when wanted to do another The items in seed npc started to glow(didnt stop for like 15sec) then they stopped n all that was in the npc was non removable(combination button didnt respond). No other way so did Alt F4.
After i relog seed from npc was gone along with rest of the components and the seed that i made 1st was dissasembled to element seed.
This aint nothing major but its still worth a good fo and this is the 1st time this happened so im posting.

SS2 1st sphere i made
SS3 After aF4 2nd seed gone 1st dissasembled.
